ACRAs Tickets on SaleJuly 2015
Radio’s annual gala awards night the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRAs) is set for an earlier start this year, Commercial Radio Australia (CRA) announced, as tickets went on sale today for both the ACRAs and the National Radio Conference.
The 27th ACRAs will be held on Saturday, 10 October at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and the National Radio Conference will take place the day before on Friday, 9 October at Jupiters.   ...read more

Jonesy & Amanda win Best On Air Team at Radio Awards October 2014
Amanda Keller and Brendan Jones, better known as WS FM101.7 Sydney breakfast duo, Jonesy & Amanda, have won the Best On-Air Team (Metro FM), at the 26th annual Australian Commercial Radio Awards (ACRA) announced this evening at a gala black tie event at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. 
 
It’s the second Best On Air Team win for the duo, who have been together on air for nine years and first won the category in 2012.  Executive producer of the show Laura Viglino won Best Show Producer (Entertainment/Music) and Jonesy and Amanda also took out best Syndicated Program for their national weekly show My Generation.   ...read more
SCA Director Peter Harvie inducted into Radio Hall of Fame October 2014
Director of Southern Cross Austereo and highly respected radio and media industry executive, Peter Harvie was inducted into the Commercial Radio Hall of Fame at the 26th annual Australian Commercial Radio Awards.
 
Harvie was honoured for his outstanding lifetime achievement and contribution to the radio broadcasting industry at a gala ceremony, attended by 1200 of his industry peers at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
